Delivery Information

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days.

Shipping

Once your order is complete, we will dispatch it using a tracked next working day courier service:

• FedEx – £7 + VAT for parcels up to 20kg (estimated delivery: 1-3 working days). Each additional 20kg – £5 + VAT

For areas where FedEx delivery is not available, we use Royal Mail as an alternative service.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. While we always aim for fast delivery, please note that courier delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak times.

Order Pickup Information

You can collect your order directly from our warehouse.

Warehouse Opening Hours

Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 2:30 PM

If you need to pick up your package outside of these hours, we are happy to accommodate your request! Please contact us in advance at info@drieddogtreats-trade.co.uk to arrange a suitable time.
